These countries aren't technically communist, but that is rather what we label them. I'd say Cuba as Castro seems to be on his last legs.

In practicality, China. They've been moving from communism to authoritarian aristocracy for years now. The economic system is still part communist in some areas, but that's fading more and more with time.
In entirety, name and practice, it's anyone's guess. Both Vietnam and Laos would be prone to a military dictatorship as the first alternative, and I haven't heard of any real unrest in that regard. Cuba still has Raul Castro to take over after Fidel kicks the bucket, and the system could drag on for some time.
North Korea might be the first to topple. If Kim Jong-Il dies or is overthrown for any reason, there's a serious chance that the international balance will shudder enough that something serious could happen over there. I'm just afraid of what the price of that will be.

China already has; the regime there is now fascist rather than communist. Viet Nam is following China's lead. About Laos, I don't know what they are doing. North Korea is weird; it's more fascist than communist. That leaves Cuba, which will, I suspect, be the next to go capitalist, but probably not until both Fidel and Raul are gone.

China or Vietnam. China is more authoritarian than communist now, maybe Cuba when Castro dies.

China is already shedding it, they just have not changed their civil laws yet, but its coming as the old leaders die off.
