Alright. First off- pills are not the way to go. Before you try pills you should try other physical stuff such as better eating habits and excercise. Pills do absoulutely nothing!! Believe me. They sometimes make people gain weight. I have known many people who have tried and they have been alergic or have gained tons of weight. Please please don't go to pills! Pills are horrible for you so if you want them long, make sure you loose the weight in a month or so, depending on your weight wait maybe a little longer,,, Diet and exercise with them and you will loose the weight faster.
When I was fourteen I was 60lbs away from what I am now, I ran(trained for a marathon), running is all about the calorie burning, not about getting muscle so much. Now I am 16 and have 31"waist and am almost all muscle (go to the gym and lift HARD) It took me 3 months to loose the first 30lbs

Why would you post this in a Trying To Concieve board? And no WEIGHT loss pills are not for 14 year olds...rule of thumb, if you can't spell the problem correctly you are too young to take them.

Diet pills are terrible. They make you think you're losing weight, but you're actually eating less on your own. You'll eventually gain it all back when you decide to go back to your regular eating schedule. Just start eating healthy and working out. You will be shedding lbs, quicker then you'd think on diet pills.

most weight loss pills are for people 18 and over. if you need to lose a lot of weight, ask your doctor because they'll know what's best for you.

At 14 your body is still growing and changing. Eat sensible, I understand when you say this is hard at your age. Get plenty if exercise walking is real good. One day you will look back on this time and get a good laugh.

Eat in front of a person rather than a screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and making you more accountable for each bite.
