leons friend was just killed on this part of the game, its like chapter 3-4 if im correct.
im wanting to know how to get to ashlee (presidents Daughter)
i cant get down to the level where ashlee is.
im on the second level, while she is on the first, and she is yelling help and there are three bars holding her to the wall.
how do i get down?

You have to shoot the metal bars holding her to the wall, so she can run away.

If this is the part that i think it is. Where shes being held down on the first floor by chains.... What you do is simply shoot the chains with a sniper rifle (If your up for a challenge, use your pistol :P) and after than youll have to dispatch a few baddies with your weapon of choice, then your home free, buddah. ^_^

Yup, you have to shoot her cuffs off and you have to shoot the bad guys that follow, one of the last guards will drop a key and you can then get her out of that room.

use the sniper rifle to shoot the three bars and be ready for an ambush and a cjhance to play as ashley!

Go to the balcony and shoot the restraints off of her..
