Are human rights violations such as torture still occurring there? What are the Dali Lama's opinions? Please tell me what you know about the relationship between China and Tibet and Tibet's sovereignty.

Tibet is one part of China in the history.
I doubt the purpose of your question.
And Hawaii I don't think is a part of America.
So do the California, and Florida.

China maintains its control of Tibet through military force--more precisely, by military occupation and the threat of force. Along with the usual baggage of dictatorship--secret police, religious persecution, etc.

Tibet is a sovereign nation conquered and occupied by a foreign invader--China. Sort of like Iraq and the United States.

my british friends told me they gave india the english language , the railway and the opportunity to a better life , and now when I look at what china is doing in Tibet , I think the chinese is adopting the British model.
