They're not allowed an official place on health and safety grounds. Is this justified? I think not, but I'm all ears.

In brief - Mick is Phil's dad. Phil is severely disabled - Mick is an awesome athlete and father. They are faster than most runners, even though Mick is pushing an adult in a wheelchair. They want to do London while they can still post a respectable time. They live for it (seriously). Tell me I'm mad or sign the petition.
