It's a u.s.p.s. money order from the post office. I bought an item from e-bay, and the seller claims he hasn't recieved payment yet, but I suspect he's trying to rip me off.

Go to http://www.usps.com/missingmoneyorders/welcome.htm and you can contact the USPS for help to determine if it has been cashed or start process to replace a lost money order.

there should be a number to call on your money order receipt call it and it should tell ya, if not call the place you bought it and ask them how to find out and they should be able to give you a number to find out about it. also contact ebay if you really think that they ripped you off and they have a contract with the seller and should figure it out for you
