Definitely. It relaxes you, let's you know what's going on down there, takes care of sexual impulses in a safe way, gets your blood pumping a little, releases endorphins in your head to make you feel happier . . . the upsides are huge.
I've got to say, I'm loving the current trend in health care lately . . . we've gone from "An apple a day" to being told that it's actually healthy to kick back at home with a piece of chocolate, a glass of red wine, and have a masturbation session!

Sure it is. A few times maybe. I know I'm good for one day and can't go again for 4 days. There is a rest period that some guys need to take. It can get rid of stress sometimes. Can remember the other benifits but I'm sure there are some.

Sure is! Keeps everything working and gets rid of the old ejaculate so the new stuff is always ready to launch. In fact it is likely better to do IT three or four times a day. Keep it UP and enjoy!
