I just finished reading chapter 345 and I really dont know who is in Sasuke's body right now!!

I really doubt Sasuke is dead. The end of the chapter shows Orochimaru and Itachi together. I didn't quite understand the conflict, but it is obvious that Itachi won. I think that foreshadows Sasuke's victory.
Also - as long as I'm discussing foreshadowing - one of the pictures near the end of 345 shows Sasuke standing by the snake. If you look closely, his sheath is buried in the snake, which has bleed profusely. Symbolism, perhaps?
Anyway, killing Sasuke off would ruin the entire point of the series. If Orochimaru has taken his body, Sasuke will get it back, somehow.

I read chapter 345 too and I am going back and forth in my mind trying to figure which one it is.
My first guess (although it was painful for me to think it) was that it was Orochimaru because the cursed seal is still on his neck and I don't think it would be Sasuke-like to even aknowledge someone like Kabuto right?
I hope Sasuke won though and I don't think Sasuke would have died that easily. My guess now is that when whoever it was greeted Kabuto I think that Orochimaru would've said something other than "Kabuto?" so maybe it was Sasuke.
I think that we'll just have to wait and find out. Maybe it's Sasuke, maybe it's Orochimaru. Who knows?

truly doubt Sasuke is lifeless. the top of the financial ruin shows Orochimaru and Itachi jointly. i did not truly understand the conflict, besides the undeniable fact that it truly is glaring that Itachi gained. i imagine that foreshadows Sasuke's victory. also - see you later as i'm discussing foreshadowing - between the photographs close to the top of 345 shows Sasuke status by technique of the snake. in case you look heavily, his sheath is buried contained in the snake, which has bleed profusely. Simple answer is No. Orochimaru didn't take over his body, atleast i think he didnt, remember in the flashback where he was talking to Itachi? Well, him and Sasuke have the Sharingan and a will to survive, so when Orochimaru was like "I WANT THOSE EYES!" Argh, i don't think he got them.

AAAHH! I just finished reading it too and I think I'm going crazy, He can't die! He can't! other than that, Itachi is pretty cool orochimaru's got nothing on him.
Orochimaru is so gross "Those eyes ... will be mine!!"

but seriously ... I hope sasuke doesn't die, and how when he sees kabuto he's all like "kabuto?'
and says nothing more and walks away if it was oro he would be like
"Hey kabu! my main man! check out the new duds, dude! I look totally awesome congratulate me!!"

In the manga volume 345 he was fine but i don't know what happens next. But I hope he doesn't die.

Uhh...well I'm not far into the manga yet but isn't only Orochimaru supposed to be in his body? And isn't he supposed to be training or something so he could kill Naruto to get the Mengenkyou sharingan, THEN Orochimaru takes over his body? I'm not that far, so I don't know yet.

well in Japan there already on season 3 of the series and sasuke is just fine so don't worry about it.

well i read it too. but heres my theorie who is in the body:well i think oro is in his body while sasuke is just sitting arounds i own body undiscovered.after i think oro (in sasukes body) is gonna kill itachi.then when he is finished ,sasuke willl come back to defeat oro in his body own taking over
