The current tallest is Dalip "Great Khali" Singh who was measured at 7'1 a few years ago by the Indian Bodybuilding Federation http://www.bodybuildingindia.com/dalp-coa.htm
Next tallest would be Paul "Big Show" Wight at 6'11-7ft. He is currently taking time off to heal injuries and lose weight.

Currently, the Great Kahli is the tallest wrestler on the WWE rooster at an official hight of 7' 3".
Like wise, Rey Mysterio Jr. is the smallest wrestler currently employed by the WWE. He is only 5' 6".
