There are some theories about the end of the universe. For example oscillating theory. According to this theory about 13 to 20 billion years ago all the objects in the universe were packed into a very dense and small object , after that the Big Bang happened and all the stuff speared out and formed the galaxies and stars. Now these galaxies are expanding and they will expand to a maximum size, and after that they will contract and will become the very dense stuff again.
You don't need to worry about the end of Universe, because before that we're gonna die because of our own sun. When sun swells up (approximately 5 billion years from now), it will swallow Mercury, Venus, the Earth or even Mars!

I hope not, science states it is expanding all the time. I just hope "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe" stays open and I can start a franchise for the "Next Restaurant at the End of the Universe"

I know what you mean... and from what I can tell the universe should be infinate. Not to say that the matter in the universe is infinate, but that space itself does not end. It doesn't make sense for there to be an "end" to the universe. What is the end? What's beyond that point? It's confusing but that's the best I can do. The universe should be infinate - never ending.

No, it doesn't end, it expand like a living matter which doesn't end as it remain stationary and yet it still expand when it hold galaxy, star and milkyway inside.

No. It goes on forever. It had no beginning, it will have no end. The universe is made of nothing. It has no edges, center, corners, power, thoughts, or anything else we can relate to. Just miles and miles of nothing at all. It is made of nothing, but contains everything known and lots of things unknown. Infinity squared to infinitely. It is thought of as black, but is colorless.

Perhaps, that is one of many theories concerning the universe.some say it will condense and cause another big bang.Others agree with you and say the universe will expand forever. We'll just have to wait and see.
