Will he ever return to detroit

I think he will. He is very much like Lapointe. He was much better in Detroit than out of Detroit. I think he will always have a home there and will return when he is not really wanted elsewhere. He was a great part of the team chemistry and I hated to see him go.

Calgary has not been happy with his production and he has been relegated to the role of middle-weight enforcer. I think he won't be offered anything when his current contract runs up with CGY, then he will come home.

I do predict that he will be mobbed by adoring fans armed with an electric razor who will pin him down and shave that ridiculous beard like growth on the bottom of his chin.

I think Detroit fans hope so. Don Cherry reported that Red Wing fans are not too happy with the way the team plays. They are used to the likes of McCarty, Kocur and Probert and that they don't think they can handle the play-offs with this group. He went on to say these guys were bigger fan favorites than even Yzerman.
It then showed the "hit of the game" from last night's game vs. LA-it was more of a bump.
