On the one hand you could say she is desparate, needy and lacks self respect. But some people might say she is rather shrewd by realising the power of her 'womanly charms' to get what she wants in life.
I personally wouldn't have much respect for a female like this, I think there are better ways to get what you want that don't involve manipulation and acting provocatively. It gives out the wrong impression and won't earn her much respect from others.

so for the people who define her as smart... does that mean that a man who uses his masculinity to intimidate people is also smart - or is hea a bastard who is only making a decent world take even longer to get here ? remember some of the people hes intimidating are the women in business - but hes only using one of the natural attributes hes been born with
