My husband and I are having trouble getting pregnant. We use to eat tuna all the time up until recently. I changed our diet to anything that does not involve tuna. Ever since then, I have not been having any pains in my abdomen and pelvic areas. Was it the tuna giving me the pain? And was it preventing me from getting pregnant? It would be very helpful to know.

Tuna does have mercury in it so I looked it up and found this....

Tuna will not prevent you from getting PG. It is not good for your body, because of the mercury content in tuna. If you have to eat fish, change to another type fish, such as bass, catfish or cod.
Check with a doctor that specializes in problems of pregnancy, its possibly some minor detail that has to be worked out. A doctor can help you find out the problem.

You must have reaction to shell fish
As for diets and getting pregnant I fail to see or understand
what you eat or not eat has anything to do with conceiving
it has NOTHING to do with a woman's stomach and wrong area

no it doe not prevent you from getting pregnant "but be ware tune is really bad for you verry high levels of mercury dont eat the "chicken of the sea" lolol

No. Tuna or anything you eat shouldn't have any effect on your sexual lifestyle.
