And does it make it stink more too? I dont have a lot of armpit hair im just starting to grow it but ive noticed i sweat more now..

The hair doesn't influence the amount you perspire.
The reason you sweat more now is due to the hormonal changes that have also brought the hair growth. This also affects the "aroma" from your armpits.
Take regular showers and use a good deodorant. You'll be fine.
