Yes, many Aryan and Klan groups want to kill gays, as well as Dr. Paul Cameron and Rev. Fred Phelps, who justify their hatred and bigotry with words from the bible. Others are just a tad more subtle and imply that gays should be killed like right wing groups like the Family Research Council, the American Family Association, Pat Robertson, and Jerry Falwell, as well as a few other public and political figures, who are bigots.

Let me begin by saying I do not condone violence and I think kill is a harsh word here. However, I will give my own experience from others at a hicktown college that I went to in the past. It was brought to the lesbian and gay communities awareness that there was a group of skin-head neo-nazis that were definitely prejudice against this population. The people in the gay, lesbian, and trans community were informed to remain closeted because this group was known to seek out individuals just for kicks. I believe some small towns in America do have individuals who discriminate and furthermore, do act in ways of violence toward those who challenge their beliefs. I personally believe that people should be free to be themselves. But sometimes this big world we all live in forces people to be ashamed and hide their true selves. An issue which saddens me. I guess the best thing people can do is educate others. It is only through education that equality will happen.

I think maybe because a lot of men are afraid of being gay or are very homophobic so they retaliate by showing hate toward gay men and women. I personally don't believe there is anything wrong with the gay people. It's just when it affects your life on a personal level it hurts. My husband opened up to me about being bi and it's really taking a negative toll or our marriage. But that doesn't mean I want to kill anyone gay. People are afraid of the unknown.

I think that all people think murder is wrong so killing gay people will be no exception. But what people think and will do is continue to harrass and torment gay people. I get tormented everyday here in Los Angeles, I feel that i can not go to a non gay friendly part of town and thats not fair, i have to stay in the hollywood west hollywood area because the rest of this city dosnt get me. I refuse to act a certain way or dress a certain way because someone else wants me too but i just think the situation is just horrible.

I'd have to say that there are no PEOPLE out there that want to kill anybody... There are however severley twisted and ignorant ANIMALS that would... You can't class them as people though... That would insult the rest of us.

The first part of the question, I don't really have a straight answer for.
The second part of the question is simple: Group mentality joined with fear of which is not understood. It only takes one outspoken individual to pollute the thoughts of those who choose to follow for the sake of following.

no there are not because we live in a society where it is more common to see two men together or two women together. and the motive to "kill" anyone is disturbing.

I have no idea why people kill people they do not know because they are different. Animals do that. People aren't supposed to.
