I was just watching the local news. Seems that everyday there is more corruption in my city. City council, mayor's office, utility company, police force, even school board.
Not too mention that crime is the fastest growing industry.

Does anyone live in a big city where these issues aren't too bad?

I live in a town. During the last election for mayor, one of the candidates had a cart pulled by mules take people to the polls. Corruption would be a blessing.
