I'm 5'0'' Curly hair that I sometimes straighten. Scars on my body (a lot) because of some accident I had with a knife. I have a regular body, not fat, but not string bean skinny.

Youre lucky your a girl cuz girls can pull off any look with matching accessories.
Since youre 5 feet try vertically striped pants to make you look taller.
Then for your hair you don't have to straighten it just maintain it with a detangler and curl booster.
Also a nice solid colored long sleeved blouse with matching pumps and purse would look great.
