I wear a size 34DD. I think my boobs are too small, but my BF says he likes them like that and that they are BIG!! Are theyreally small or big??? Should I get implants!!

If your boyfriend is happy with them............then you should be too.
but you have to remember its your body............nobody on here can tell you to get implants or not..............thats something that you should decide.(you will have to live with it no one else). good luck!

Lets see now - 34DD and they are small. Naturally everything is relative so I have to assume that you are about ten feet tall and your measurements are about 38 - 40 - 48 - that is the only way a 34DD could be regarded as small. Strongly suggest that you address some of the other factors and don't get any transplants.

LOL is this a joke? Either you are joking with us, or you have your bra size mixed up with a smaller size, or perhaps you are heavyset and disproportionate with a smaller bust than hips/butt/belly.
I mean seriously, I got implants because I thought my A cups were small! I went up to a full C/small D and guys think they're HUGE! I cannot imagine a 34DD being "small"...
Perhaps also you have a body image dysmorphia. This is similar to the body image experienced by anorexics or bullimics, but instead of you thinking you're "too fat," you think you're "too flat." It is common for some guys to have a type of dysmorphia known as "muscle dysmorphia," where they are obsessed with working out and taking steroids because no matter how beefy they are, they are convinced that their muscles aren't big enough. Perhaps you are suffering from something like that.

Small, well-formed breasts are so beautifully attractive and aesthetically pleasing; much preferred over the larger balloon breasts. Implants appear like pasted on overgrown tea cups; one shape fits all. Stick with the marvelous design that Nature provided, as my preference.

I very much doubt that your boobs are that big.....if u r sitting at a computer......any girl that i know would love to have boobs that big......and they would be showing them off

the dream size for guys is that they're gf has 34DD, thats it's! simlpy the best, anything bigger only some guys will like because he might feel more people are gonna want to look @ you or sumtin stupid like that but your breasts are simple big and the perfect size!!! please dont change a thing!1 ur are one of the lucky ones who have naturally nice big breasts!!

You should not get implants.
I'm sure your body is fine as it was created.
