I even turned the idle up to help but, it didnt. Any ideas? Yes it is a cheap knock off brand. I heard once that these types of four strokes dont start good when its cold out but, then again I see many ATV's out in the winter. Any help would be greatly appreciatied.

Is the gas turned on at the petcock? Are you using the choke? What did the shop do last, change the spark plug? You'll want to always have a spare plug on hand. You can check the plug by removing it, placing it back in the cap and laying it on the outside of the cylinder (with the wide part of the plug touching metal not the tip), turn it over and check the spark, it should be a strong blue/white spark. If the spark plug is wet, then your flooding it out and you'll want to leave it out for a couple of minutes and turn the engine over to evaporate out the fuel in the cylinder. Put the plug back in and try again.

Also, you should only adjust the idle screw when the bike is warmed up without the choke on.

There in lies your problem. (Cheap and nasty), Are you flooding it, check battery terminals. The list could go on, take it back and get REAL ATV.
