I honestly doubt it.......i live in Jamaica, and I am in college..i was recently looking for an apartment in the New Kingston area (where all the hot clubs are, hotels, and shopping malls etc), its very very very hard to get one for 1000 US, fully furnished.
However, you can keep looking and some of the prices are negotiable, being that its only for one month right.
Check out the Jamaica Gleaner Classifieds, it provides u with all the info u need, trust me.
