im on varsity track and we practice for two hours...im 14 and im 5 foot 4 and 110...how many calories sohould i eat if i want to just maintain???

You need to have protein after your workout. Balance your diet with mostly carbs. Depending on the type of workout determines the calories required to "maintain", but it takes over 2,000 without the exercise.

have protien 3 times a day
carb from raw fibre like fruit and vege 5 to 6 times a day
and one sevre of poly fat a day
And have caluim in your diet while you are still growing
