What kind of games do you like?

Tetris DS and Meteos are great puzzle games.

Phoenix Wright and Brain Age are good for making you think.

Elite Beat Agents is awesome if you're a fan of music games (DDR, Guitar Hero, etc.)

Nintendogs and Animal Crossing are fun to relax with.

RPG fans can't go wrong with Final Fantasy III.

And for the old school gamers, Kirby, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario 64 are available.

It depends. Are you a Mario or Zelda person? Do you like sports? The best game for me in the Ds is the Nintendogs. It's perfect. I love puppies, and it's the only system with it. You can get the dalmation, dachshund, lab, and chihuahua versions. You actually get to train your own puppy!! He never grows. He is always a puppy. You pet him, train him, and even give voice commands. It's awesome. It has six different types of dogs in each series.

New Super Mario Bros.-hard for newbies, easy for old-schoolers, so if you're somewhere in the middle and like Mario...

Animal Crossing: Wild World-like the Sims and Harvest moon combined. Great game, but directed towards people ages 15 and under.

Final Fantasy III-if you like roleplaying games

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow-if you're good at gaming and like actiony games

Mario Kart-the best racing game available so far for DS

Brain Age-barely a game, but cheap and addictive

Nintendogs-for the animal lovers

Animal Crossing Wild World - I loved Animal Crossing for the GameCube so this was the first one I bought for DS. I like being able to socialize with all the animal neighbors in my town, collect the clothes and furniture, go fishing and digging for fossils. Stop and have a cup of coffee in the museum. I even love the new aspect of setting up the constellations in the nighttime sky! And celebrating the holidays...
