Derek Jeter. I am not one who just jumped on the Jeter bandwagon either. I've followed his career ever since the Yankees drafted him in 1992. I like him because he's a pro, a great player (.317 career average, 2150 hits at age 32), and a team guy.

Been a Jim Edmonds fan since he came up to the Halo's
Why? Cause he doesn't leave anything on the field, except his skin, on the wall or on the grass, from when he makes a running/diving catch.
Plus when he connects with the ball for a HR, his swing seems almost effortless

Barry Bonds because I've liked him since he was a Pirate. I even stopped liking the Pirates when they refused to re-sign him in 1993. He was a 2 time MVP at the time.
