I think I am draining blood from my brain through my nose. I was wrestling, everything was fine; I have no obvious injuries or lacerations. I did not lose consciousness and I do not think I have a concussion as my pupils are equally sized and react to light.

Yet every time I blow my nose there is blood in it. There aren't any cuts inside my nose and the bleeding has been going on for almost a day.

What's happening, should I be concerned and what is the best course of treatment?

is there anything coming out through your ears?

signs of a fractured base of skull include nosebleed, CSF leak through your nose, blood from the ears or CSF leaking from the ears

also there is commonly bruising about the eyes or behind the ears

see your local doctor and discuss a CT scan if this is really worrying you

You are not draining blood from your brain..its coming from your nasal passages. There probably aren't any cuts that you can see because its deep inside. depending on how much blood there is ..you should go see a doctor. If needed he will cauterize your nose and this will stop the bleeding. A small amount of blood can be simply from blowing your nose too hard or banging it and will eventually stop if that's the case.
