shouldn´t it be the other way around...???

I wonder why I became friends with some people at the 1st place , isn´t that terrible??? I still see their good qualities, but am annoyed by some things...I think that I am annoyed because I DID change...I used to be a very negative person and am competely different now...

People will come and go as you grow and as they grow. Your personality may be maturing quicker than your friends and it could be time to detach yourself from them by possibly doing other things with your life that they're not too interested in but you are. That way you'll be doing something you like and meeting new people. It's true, a friend is just a friend, and one can acquire many in ones life time. Maybe some will last. However, if the habits come between a friendship and you see no change it probably is time to move along.

I think it's just human nature. I have experianced the same thing. As you change sometimes your friends don't change with you. You expect different things out of people than you did at one time. There is no point in expelling them from your life, but it might be a natural progression to move on to new friends and remain acquaintances with the older friends.

So basically what you are saying is you used to commiserate with them when you were a negative person, now you are positive and their negativity is bringing you down, right?

Time for them to change too or for you to find new friends. Well you don't have to lose them as friends entirely, but you should spend more time with people that have your new positive attitude. Otherwise you risk reverting into your old self.

Sometimes in our life our friends are not maturing as quick as we are. When we change things do become annoying because it gets old. They could become annoyed with you also because you have changed. It depends on how well you like the person and if you can deal with their annoying habits. We all have annoying habits though.

I get annoyed with peoples small things too. So your not alone there. I think its because you don't really notice it at first. Than the longer your around that person the more you notice it until it completely annoys you. That's just my experience.

Sounds like you've still got a bit to learn about patience, and maybe forbearance. The things I can't stand about myself are the things that bug the heck out of me about ANYONE else. Can you really be that much less negative and a little less critical of others? Without being mean, you sound kind of snobby. Sorry, you asked...

Well, maybe you need new friends. On the other hand, a positive thinking person would continue to look for the good within old friends and stop now and then and look in a mirror. It is important to critique the person in the mirror as hard as one does one's friends.

You don't come across as having changed much. Everything you are saying is negative. Remember that you are probably just as annoying to your friends as they are to you.

that's usually the way it is.
and that's where your choice comes in. do you continue to value and love those people, or do you let the relationship go?
letting relationships go is sometimes the right thing to do, but if you want a good marriage and lasting friendships you'll have to learn to overlook people's flaws and choose to see the best in them.
