haha i know it sound weird but i hate the stuff it makes me cringe, the feel and the sound it makes when it is rubbed just freaks me out...anyone feel the same or is it just me?

i wouldnt say im afraid but i cant stand the feeling of it ...makes my blood run cold...goes right through me.....

YES - I have a friend that totally hates cotton wool. She cant touch it at all it makes her cringe and it really freaks her out for some reason!!!

Oh yeah! I'm not afraid of it but I ate even touching anything like cotton balls from the bag! It makes me cringe and shiver. It's the same like when I see someone eating ice or if I hear ice in someones soda, I cringe and shiver. lol

i cant stand cotton wool even if i am wearing gloves when i touch it.
i hate it in the salon when i have to check to see if the bleach needs to be removed from a persons hair.
i get goosebumps just from thinking about the stuff.

I can can understand being afraid of snakes and spiders but cotton wool, come on what harm can it do you - its not as if its going to bite and poison you.

....100% cant stand the stuff ...2 things i avoid cotton wool and polystyrene ...the noise of the latter and the feel of cotton wool....

haha. i know a girl who cant stand balloons. its worse when you squeeze one in front of her. had lots of fun teasing her with them in my more childish days... *cough*... still.. =) dont worry, your fear of cotton wool isnt that odd. the sound it makes when its rubbed can be quite grating i suppose

Im personally not but I have heard of quite a few people who are, they hate the texture of it and can't stand getting anywhere near it!

I hate it and yes it makes cringe along with polystyrene and chalk creeching. :S It makes me funny just thinking of it.
