my husband has got an interview with alton towers next week and he wants to know if it is worth working there, anyone on here ever worked there. any stories about it would be appreciated

you get family discounts and free rides and stuff but in general its doing the same thing over and over again all day like in a factory.

like others have said it depends which part of the park you work in, my friend worked on the same ride for 3 months and got very bored.

i have never worked there but i have a friend who works there he is a ride operator for Rita queen of speed it depends what he is doing there as far as my friend told me its under paid and he has to put up with a huge amount of abuse from people moaning about the queues on the plus side you get free admission to the park and get to go on all the rides so there is plus sides lol

i worked in the hotel for a bit once through an agency. it really depends on what job he's applied for. everyone seemed very friendly and helpful but a bit stressed and overworked! (breaks didn't seem to be very well organised) x
