It's really easy. Go to your craft store and buy a candle mold, candle wax and whatever colors or scents you want, and wicking. All of them should be together in one section and clearly marked.
Most instructions will tell you to melt the wax in a double boiler, but I always melt mine in the microwave. Just watch it carefully. Spray your the inside of your mold with cooking spray to make removal easier. Add a few drops of scent and color to the wax til you have what you want, then pour a tiny bit in the mold. Press the wick into the drop of wax to hold it in place, let it harden a minute, then add the rest of the wax.
After the candle hardens, you will probably have a small indent in the top of the candle. You can leave as is, or fill it with a small bit of wax in the same color.
