What's the best mascara and eyeliner for me?
I'm leaning against Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. I have oily skin so I don't want the eyeliner to smear. I also want the eyeliner to STAY ON and not fade. I also want it to make my eyes pop and make them looks sultry and sexy! As for the mascara, I DON'T want it to flake off nor clump my lashes!! I want it to make my eyes look sexy and dramatic! Please reccommend inexpensive eyeliners and mascaras. Is the Revlon Colorstay eyeliner good?

For mascara i recommend maxfactor the volume couture with the ifex brush it will get every single lash and add tons of voulme and lenght it also don't clump and last long. For the eye liner i use different kinds i just make sure their water proof i have the same problem and waterproof helps

WHY?
the urban decay eyeliner is waterproof and also doesn't smudge. if this kind of eyeliner smudges on you, then i suggest that you try MAC fluidline [$14], its a gel eyeliner and it drys in place.
the Dior mascara lengthens and thickens lashes and doesnt smudge. it also stays in place. if you want to try 2 kinds of MAX factor, Volume Couture [$7] and Pro Lengthening [$7], not as good as Dior but less expensivee.

As far as bargains go, you can't beat Great Lash Mascara by Maybelline and NYC brand eyeliner! I can afford better but think these are the best!!

Maybelline - for mascara.
If you use a mineral base foundation to brush over eyes and skin.. your eye liner will likely stay on longer.
Cosmo, Instyle and or US generally gives some tips on making eyes pop or look sultry.
I really like cover girl eye liner - it works well for me.

voluminous mascara and L'oreal eyeliner, i tried so many and this 2 i love! use it all the time now and its cheap at walmart and still looks sexy! =) so try it and tell me if u like it k.

EYELINER: perfect, its just a matter of how you apply it.
MASCARA: i use LashExact mascara, it comes in a purple bottle. you could actally just use any mascara but before you apply it, use some TP to wipe off the wand and the brush. mascara will still be on there but it will go on clumpless and flakeless.

best mascara is mabaline!!!!! the greaan and pink bottle!!! all the celebs reccomend it!!!
