Nope. Didn't watch your clip either. I'm going to download anything, sorry hacker. Why couldnt they put such a chip in a portable device people always carry, like a cell phone or credit card in my wallet? Cyber implants are a long way off. We'll be attaching devices to our clothes long before implanting them for good in our bodies.
