I have 2-16ohm speakers and a amp rated for 8 ohm speakers how can i use these speakers?

That's a very sloppy specification for the 'speakers. It sounds as if they have a somewhat doubtful pedigree.

But yes, you may use them with that amplifier. Just connect them as normal.
