Rasheed is FAR more skilled as an all around player. He's a three point threat (Ben's not even a two point threat) who can rebound and he can be a defensive stopper as well. He can defend in the post as well as out on the floor.
If you could be guaranteed to keep Rasheed's temper under control, there's not a coach or team in the NBA that wouldn't take Rasheed over Ben. But Rasheed is his own worst enemy, and knocks himself out of a lot of games with his antics.
Rasheed is far closer to being as good a defender as Ben than Ben is to being as good an offensive player as Rasheed.
If you have an otherwise great offensive team, you can afford to have Ben Wallace in the middle. But if you need offense from all five spots, then take Rasheed every time.

That's a hard one but it would be like this
1.Shoothing-Rasheed
2.Defense-Ben
3.Scoring-Rasheed
Overall is hard because they both good.Ben Wallace i think is inconsistent,Rasheed's problem is Technicals fouls.
