YES! I LOVE Father Ted, and was gutted that having spent 2 months in Ireland I missed the FT festival by about 4 weeks!
Dougal is my favourite, but the My Lovely Horse video has to be the top bit of all of the series!

In asnwer, to your question, "that would be an ecumenical matter". Seriously though, yes, it's the best sitcom there'e ever been.
Favourite episode: Speed 3. Especially the bit where Ted gets out of the car to move all the cardboard boxes that are in the way of Dougal and the milkfloat and then he drives through them anyway. Also, the bit after the end credits when Dougal realises that "those women were in the nip"
The Nazi salute to the Chinese neighbours was funny too as was the way Mrs Doyle fell off the windowsill in one of the episodes. I also really loved their banners when they were protesting outside the cinema. "Careful Now". "Down with this Sort of Thing". Genius.

Yeah, definitely, classic sitcom. Favourites are the Song For Europe episode, the Speed 3 episode and the Kicking Bishop Brennan up the a---. Oh, and the rabbits, the "great rabbit rock festival" Favourite character probably Jack, he's just the greatest crazy old drunk.

Father Ted is the funniest show ever. I love it when Ted starts lying and he gets caught right in the middle of his lie.

For sure I love Father Jack. And what a surprise to hear the actor speak in real life, a true gent. I've had the line 'are those MY feet?' stuck in my head for days, and on my MySpace page.
