Never happen to me but i dont think theres that much water on my hands to drip down my elbows LOl usually it just washes off into the sink LOl and they usually put the paper towel dispencer at shoulder height hmmmmm lol how high are these bazarre paper towels and how much water do you keep on your hands :D

No, because I'm not some lamo who takes a long time to reach up for it. I grab it fast, so the water doesn't have time to go down my arm.
BTW Why are your arms so wet, anyway? Are you washing them off or taking a bath in the sink?
