For the information of people like Joanne M., the series of questions that I have asked have not connection to reality. I simply ask these questions in order to pull your strings and give you an outlet for your hatred.

Yes they have, its outrageous that they seem to think they are above the rules of conduct. I am not saying all male bosses are easy to work with, but male bosses tend to be more reasonable and less likely to blame something on a mood swing. Sorry ladies but I dont give a sh*t about your mood swing, its unprofessional and if you cant control yourself in the workplace than perhaps its not the place for you.

It's mostly because if a woman is in that authority and is soft, nothing would get done because people would underestimate her. She is not to be motherly or laid back, she is to be a freaking boss. The same with a guy. Now if their being abusive by blaming things on other people to save their own esteem, or taking all credit or like some women mention, is being a pervert or spending money on themselves without doing anything (Male or female for the last two), then they are a bad boss.

Answer; Not personally as 'the Boss' was never around in my Duty Hours. But, she behaved stupidly by walking out of her office and apparently 'yelled at' my colleagues.
I once sent her a fake fax offering her a job to accompany my colleague and I on a South Seas Island hopping trip where we lectured to the natives on the evils of drink, and wanted her along as our Model of that Evil.
When I typed her name into my PC to print it out, the spell checker caught her name and offered up a translation ~ 'Dragon.'
I make no further comment.

At work I find the managers that are the nastiest tend to be women.
I'm not sure why this should be.
Are women just bitchier by nature or do they feel that they need to give themselves an edge to compete in a 'man's world'?
However, from my experience I much prefer working for men. They tend to be far more laid back and far less finicky.

Most women that I have come across who have had some authority have been abusive from time to time. I think they are harder on people because they have to compete with still a male dominated society.

I never had women managers over me so I cant really tell. However I assume that the reason women know corporations need to higher women to fill quotas anyway that they have no real pressure at work and therefore dont work.
Pass a law that corporations cant fire anybody period and watch productivity go down the tube.

I work in an office-environment where this is the norm.
One of us can't get a new pair of shoes without raising the ire of one of these miserable women!
Yet...the winds-of-change/illness are blowing their way!
It's sad to say and even sadder to see, but one of the women-in-charge is deathly ill and this comes after digging a great big ditch for another co-worker to fall into!
I mean, I hate to see anybody suffer, but the stress and ill-will that she has created (over nothing) down through the years has been inexcusable and T-totally un-Christian!
It's like my grandmother has said on many occasions: God ain't too fond of pretty...BUT...He darn sure don't like ugly!

YES YES MY GOD YES!!
I have had some women managers and the 2 I am referring to are completely off their rockers! They go on 6 hour lunchesbreaks, followed by 2 half hour breaks, to go shopping, they left me to manage the shop, then one of them got sacked basically because she paid herself when she didn't turn up for work.
Neither do their job properly, don't do the paperwork etc, they think they are entitled to good pay for shopping for high heels, stupid women. Obviously not all, have had some good manangers but women do tend to take the piffs with breaks etc.

To be fair, only about as much as the men in my experience. But I have noticed that female boss' in mostly male environments tend to get bolshier and overcompensate. Which makes me put xlax in their morning drink.
