I learned over the years that morals can change according to the context you are in. So what in one context might be morally right, in the other context it might be morally wrong. What is right and wrong has to do with the underlying intention to act in a moral way and this is being true to oneself. I realized the better I can listen to my conscience or inner voice the better my choices are to choose the morally right decision in any situation.
So my moral might be in the first place to listen to my conscience.
Sometimes I found that fixed moral standards can be like a burden if they are not also connected to our conscience.

Morals are generally the code of your culture in regards to what is right or wrong.

Ethics is a person's own code of behavior based on intelligent thought, compassion, and desire to be the best we can be.
I try to live my life based on my code of ethics, not necessarily following the morals of others.

I heard once that The Golden Rule is not even in
the Bible. Morals are devised by religious convention and I am not religious. I am ethical.
