Its an 8th grade science fair project.

It has to be in a form of: The Effect of ____ on _____.

For example: The Effect of Water on Tomatoe Plants.
That would be like having 3 tomatoe plants and giving all of them different amounts of water and seeing which grows the best.

We're not supposed to do any plant projects tho.
It also cant hurt anyone.

Any ideas?

This year i did the effect of age on creativity. I got a gold at my school science fair and am moving on to regionals next weekend. try to do something that you like to do and match it to your project so that you'll be more commited. For example, if your an ice skater do something about how the effect of sharp blades on a skaters performance or the effect of smooth ice on a skaters performance. There's a billion options so chose something you'll have fun with.

You could try the effect of salt on the boiling time of water. That might be a little simple for eighth grade though.

you could do a project on the effect of white vinegar on eggs, its pretty fascinating. the vinegar disolves the eggs shell and your left with just the egg membrane.
