We are reporting but we are at a loss to do anything thats really going to stop her.Its so frustrating

Nothing you can do. They only conduct themselves under the community guidelines so they can report anyone for anything with no consequences. I have a sneaking suspicion that the have other identities that they use like the rest of us do. They like playing Answer cop just to screw up everyone elses fun. I would mention names, but that would be a violation, and you kow what that will get you......................................

I have tried to engage Yahoo Abuse and it's madness.
You give them specific instances of violation of Community Guidelines, and you get these lame-a-s-s computer generated responses like,"what specifically would you like us to do..." and you just want to rip your hair out and spin onto the floor screaming....
Yahoo is more bizarre than ANY of the "Hellraiser" movies, believe me.

It isn't worth getting your account suspended for. (unless you have an extra one) ;) Keep reporting, giving thumbs down, and ignoring them.
Be subtle, don't mention names, nearly all of us know who it is, and those who don't can message someone to find out.
