First, be sure water can flow through that container. If not go to the pet store and pick up a breeder net.

Feed them several times a day with finely crushd flake food and remove any leftovers from the bottom of the net with a turkey baster. Give them about 5-10 minutes to eat.

They can go back with the adults when they are too larger to be eaten. That could take a while depending on so many factors.

Don't put them back in the main aquarium until you've put something in there they can hide in. Marbles along the bottom or floating plants called Wisteria are commonly used.

The pet shop has some stuff in a tube that you squeeze a drop or 2 into the fry container that's got really small bits of food for them.

Crumb the flakes real finely and they will do fine for baby guppies.Wait until they are too big for the mother to eat and dump them back. You will loose a few in any circumstances.
