Can anyone advise me how to obtain New E.Mail Password from server. If so could it be can it be sent by ;?

Can it be sent by Royal Mail or or can I obtain it over telephone? Sounds a bit paranoid, dont it? well good reason, also anybody also advise on., WebSpy Programme? answers on this site only.

email password from server ? if you mean your provider you ring them and get it or visit their homepage and see that its advises if its yahoo lost password you have logged in using it .
