okay so i bought this faceplate for my phone over the internet. but to put in on i have to take off the old it already has and came with. the way to take it off is by undoing these tiny screws. problem is they are very tight and i've already tried but they won't budge. we took my phone to sprint store to ask if they could do it but the evil people there said they could but wouldn't becuz they didn't wan to be responsible for anything bad happening. but i need the screws off. anyone have any ideas? Please?

Yes, usually the cell phone places in the mall will do it for you for free. Or you can buy a cellphone screwdriver from them. I had to get one before since I was constantly changing my faceplates. I suggest you buy one because sometimes the screws will come lose on the faceplates

go to the mall and find any accessory store theyll do it for you usually for free
