alot of ppl say to eat more. like 500 calories more a day. imma go wit that for now. any exercises or somen ...well iono lol

You must consume more calories than you burn in a day. Remember to eat healthy. Not mcdonalds and fast food because thats very unhealthy and won't make you gain weight. I too have the same exact problem sista! I eat and eat and can't gain weight. I went to my doctor and he said I should eat more meat products becuase they have lots of protien to make you gain weight. I am currently doing that. Also try taking the boost shakes. The chocolate ones taste good. Oh yeah and try eating ice cream everyday. It is very fattening. I always add milk and just stirr it up so it becomes like a milkshake. Very tastey and it makes you get some junk in your truck lol! Bread products too are very fattening. Eat lots of bread each day and that could also help. Penut butter also has lots of protien in it. I sometimes just eat a few teaspoons of it in a day and it tastes pretty good. Lots of pasta is also a good trick to gaining weight. Lastly, make sure you excercise eg. running. Its like my doctor says, muscle weighs more than fat! Good luck on gaining weight. These tips should work because I too am batteling to gain weight and they seem to be helping me! So good luck again! I used to be the exact same way all the way through my mid 20s and then I started finally gaining weight. I do drink slim fast, but not neccsarily to replace a meal, but to get the extra calories. I'd try that if I were you. hatever anyone tells you, don't become a couch potato. Yeah it may help you gain weight, but it will be a very unhealthy weight gain. Don't exercise to lose weight either, do more strength building and muscle building (remeber muscle weighs more than fat too) than weight loss.

You can increase your protein intake and start doing some weight bearing exercises. You won't blow up like a weight lifter, trust me. I used to do 5 days a week, 2hrs a night weight lifting for 5 years and I was never big and muscular but I was trim and had very nice legs! Also, muscle weighs more than fat so it will put some weight on you to increase your muscle mass.

Im skinny too im a size 0 but eat loads... i was trying to put on weight. Ive been doing little things. Dont just pig out on junk food as thats not healthy... still eat 3 healthy meals a day. Lots of pasta and rice, meat etc

I buy snack size chocolate bars and eat a few every few hours as a little snack. I have 3 meals a day and just put more on my plate than normall and try to finish it all.

Its not loads... but it will help.

Try to see if there are any weight gain bars at a local grocery store and then if u use those, use those for a short period of time so you don't become 2 fat

but b careful..u wanna gain weight..but not fat...eat nutriciously, but more each day

also since muscle weighs more than fat, try excersices that really make ur muscles toned..not like all big but just toned..

dont eat junky food..cuz then u'll just have fat...which is bad

I'm also skinny (naturally) and i'm trying to gain weight. I think the best thing is to eat healthy, balanced meals. Don't be afraid to exercise either, you don't want the bad fat. Exercising will keep you in shape and healthy.

the same thing was happening to me soo i ate more but then, instead of still being lean, i just got fat and in all the wrong places!!!!! then i had to diet and exercise..... now i just eat watever i want but still continue to do sports like : skiing, snowboarding, horse back riding, yoga, pilates, and of course shopping!!!! oh and cheerleading

but just remember to eat as much as u want but don't over do it!!!!! b-caz it totally sucks to have to get up @ 6 in the moring to jog around teh neighbourhood b-4 school starts, so taht u can go home, shower, do hair and make-up, and pick out yr clothing in a hurry then drive to school in a mess!!!!!

well.... im skin e 2....but just try to eat as much as u can when u eat but do not force yourself..... but u stil need 2 stay in shape by xersize and you can eat up to 700 calories per day........don't worry try listening 2 health stations on the radio 2.... hope i helped!!!!

I would try eating like:
cookies
pie
choclate

Mostly just some-what fatty food. Not like McDonalds though,lol!
