sounds like the Tiffany Lamps sequence from homestead Depot. if that's the case they're the candelabra length base i think. on the socket there must be a small decal denoting wattage maximums nevertheless. you do no longer choose for to exceed wattage stages for the socket or you threat burning up the wires and becoming a hearth threat. additionally examine the backside of the lamp. on occasion there is stickers there. Assuming they're those from homestead Depot, there's a 6 digit SKU (123-456) on the backside. call a community save, provide them the SKU quantity and ask an affiliate to locate the article and inform you what type of bulb you like. sturdy success...permit there be mild!

It's in the base, or at the bottom of the lamp. Never near the bulb.

dont rate them much myself . They are electronic in the base of the fitting . They can often go faulty . I had one and it kept coming on all by itself....or was it the Ghost .
All you can then do is chuck out a perfectly god looking fitting or try and by pass the wiring to the electronic bits which takes a bit of work and skill.

Are you sure you really want one? I've had them and gave them away eventually as they drove me nuts. Every time I touched them, even if just to dust them or something, they came on and I had to go through the whole range of high, medium, low and finally, off.
If you have them as bedside lights, if you happen to touch it inadvertently during the night, the damn thing comes on and wakes you up!!!
