its for my science fair project. Please HELP

I have done all three and wrestling by far takes the most out of you. In football you have a lot of little breaks and stuff and in boxing you aren't always using your legs and that will take a lot more energy. In wrestling you use your whole body for the entire match.

Wrestling (as far as real wrestling such as high school and college wrestling).. All Fake wrestling is not a sport, it is a staged entertainment show.
So to answer your question it has been shown that a typical 9 minute wrestling match (3, 3 minutes periods) forces an individual to produce far more energy than the other two you mentioned.

if were talking about actual wrestling and not that wwe crap it would be wrestling but if not than its boxing because 12 rounds of what they have to put up with isnt a walk in the park.
