Can a father have overnight visitation rights with a child under a year old?

yes, there is nothing to keep him from having over night stays, even if ur breast feeding there are pumps etc, to make sure there are enough bottles for him through the visit....so its up to u , to make sure he has everything he needs to get him through the visit.. if ur worried.. and if theres a problem dont worry, u'll be the first he calls to say he needs help lol.. so go ahead and let him have his visits let him see what its like to live a day in your shoes, and sit back and relax and enjoy while it lasts.. because the moment he freaks, it will be u that he calls to help cause he cant handle it lol..but he deserves the right to have his child over night, its hard to do, but he's capable..

are you asking if he can stay at the ex's house? NO. Can he take the child to his house overnight? yes, with a court understanding.

Well if your divorced yea but if your just separated and it's up to the judge to rule that.
