The sense of humor is something that, I think, is part of one's personality. You can have a good sense of humor or maybe even no sense of humor, but I don't think it's based on region. Humor is based on hitting people where they live, so something that may be funny down South may not be as funny in New England. The art of humor is knowing your audience.

OK now I'm not laughing, but this is a very funny question,i know for a fact sense of humours differ depending on where you live, ask any comedian, they could bring the house down in say Liverpool, and not get a titter in say Leeds.

(With the needed preface, on account which you had to place that dig in, that quite some folk say antifeminists have not have been given any experience of humour) i think of the interior reach transformations are plenty extra effective. and that they are even greater between international locations. and each and each nationality shows their very own humour funnniest.

Most definitely!

For instance, those MIL jokes that are so funny to us (Americans) are taboo in matriarchal societies where women totally rule and are not to be disrespected, even in jokes. Another of our favorites - the blond jokes - these don't make sense at all in some cultures...where they probably haven't seen a blond in their lifetime!

And so on and so forth.............

So while everyone does have a sense of humor (some more sick than others), our response to it is culturally-bound...what is funny to Kulai may not be funny to Klaus.

some things are universal in their laughter producing responses, but some things that we Americans laugh at are not thought to be so funny elsewhere. A Russian friend of mine once confirmed that we are looked at as child like in our response to life--like we may laugh at just missing the bus, where as I guess in Russia, these things are taken more seriously. For what its worth, I think Brits are a tad uh, stuffier (and not in a bad way, y'all), but Italianos seem to laugh more.
