Elder scroll oblivion questions?

I got 3 questions for elder scroll 4 oblivion
1. Fastest way to grow levels
2.Where is the best weopon in the game
3. Where are some of the fun quests
You dont have to answer all the questions. all answers will be greatly appreciated

1) First of all, you don't necessarily want to level up that quickly. Enemies in the game are keyed to your level, so if you level up too quickly, you'll get left behind. You want to control your leveling to get maximum attribute increases. Each attribute governs three skills, and if you raise those 3 skills (major or minor) a total of 10 times before you level up, your attribute can go up 5 points.

2) The best weapon is probably Umbra, the sword you get by defeating the person Umbra. It's part of the Clavicus Vile quest. As far as standard weapons, Daedric weapons are the best, and personally, I prefer the Longsword.

3) The best quests are probably in the Thieve's guild questline. The final caper in that storyline seems like something out of Ocean's 11. The Dark Brotherhood also has some fun quests.
