I am looking for a site comparable to Zillow. Any ideas?

Zillow tells what it sold for this site tell why it will sell for a lot less do to a crashing market.

If the other sites are like Zillow - IGNORE THEM TOO! As a Realtor, I stand by a code of ethics. Part of that code is to be honest with laypersons and not to take advantage of them. Zillow uses the county's property records to value your home. This is a problem because for many reasons, county records are usually inaccurate. You may live in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home and the county may record it as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. This is so common that as a Realtor, I never rely on county records alone. If you want to compare home prices, talk to a Realtor. That's what they do every day, and they'll do it for free! If you insist, and you don't belive me, PLEASE, call me to list your house at Zillow's price. In fact, I may buy it myself for that price! One technique some real estate agents use is to advise prospects to visit zillow before they list the property. Then the agent shows them what they can sell the property for at market value (often 10-25% higher) and they take the listing. The best website you can use for accurate pricing is www.realtor.com. Forget the rest. Hire a professional!

www.sitex.com you have to sign up but its worth it, much more accurate than zillow
