Can someone help get www.warningiepage.com and PestCapture off my PC?

Hi, My start page goes to this warningiepage.com place every time I surf! This pop up also keeps bugging me that is PestCapture, or whatever! I can't even search without being aggravated by this , and my McAfee sees nothing unusual. Please help if you can! Linda
