i cant open any of the two doors the way point remains asleep when i touch it and the pedistal summons three zombies. this happes all the time every time until i end up dying.

equip the dawn shard on a character and then touch it with that character, that'll open it up

You have to equip the dawn shard to operate the teleporter and there are 3 statues that you can rotate that need to be moved to point to the center statue.

equip the dawn shard with lady ashe then control her and touch the pedetial and it should open.
